Progress Report
Various Blueprint partners are working on inventories of local community resources, similar to the ACSM Profinder online expert database.
ICAA and American Academy of Family Physicians have partnered to provide a program for physicians to refer patients to age-friendly physical activity facilities. The Age-Friendly Facility designation recognizes organizations that have made commitments to creating age-friendly facility in the design, staffing, programming, marketing, and operations. The partnership will offer AAFP member physicians the information and practical support they need to help their older patients become more active.
